This beautiful enhanced postcard was created by the talented and ingenious Jen of
I really enjoy Jen's blog and I particularly enjoy her
The deal was that we would each enhance a local postcard anyway we fancied and send them to each other.
Jen's postcard is an exquisite collage, beautifully balanced and wonderfully quirky and all the more precious by the antiquity of the postcard.
As you can see below it is postmarked 1916 and not only that, it is of the Art Museum, Minneapolis, such an apt subject matter.
I love it.

Hi jen, it was an absolute pleasure.
Watch out for Josh , he has a ferocious appetite:)
what emotion and motion in your dogs... is that one that ended up in the Opera??? I loved that story.
Don't you enjoy the beauty of handwriting from a certain time period, so elegant.
hi mansuetude, yes indeed that is the infamous Joshua.
I do think the nib is mightier than the ballpoint!well prettier anyway. I think elegant writing is a dying art,my own scribble is embarrassing.
