This is my Illustration Friday, this weeks topic is "red".
As a kid I always thought Little Red Riding Hood must have been a bit daft not to have realised that the wolf was not her Granny the moment she saw him, even though he was heavily disguised in a nightgown and cap! So here she is in all her goofiness, "tum-tee-tum...."

I love the color and the depth of the woods- the stones are wonderful poking out of the stone! Nice job!
excellent - love it. maybe you should illustrate the whole story?!
ha ha ha that's brilliant, I didn't even see the wolf until just now!
Thanks Frank..are you a bit daft too!
Thanks to Michelle and Julia too for their comments. It's great to get some feed back.
This is horrific!
Little Red riding hood was not "daft" she was a lovely young girl, mb a little trusting but not a mentally challenged smurfette. Take this down - you're going to make children cry!
Dear John,
I totally agree, this is an horrific story, full of deceit and violence. But I really feel I have as much right to express my veiw of Miss Red R.Hood as anyone else and I stand over the point that she either needed her eyes tested or was extremely stupid. In fact not only stupid but very rude, everybody knows you dont pass remarks about unsavoury physical features especially not of the elderly.
